All site visits that are covered by the warranty are FREE and warranty work is carried out by our specialist engineers. Our manufacturer guarantees that the radiators will be free from defects for 30 years and as their authorised distributor, we will service that warranty for them if it becomes necessary. This means that we would replace or repair your heater free of charge if it is found to be defective because of their workmanship within the warranty period. The thermostat and electronics within the side panel are guaranteed for 2 years. Importantly, your warranty is registered with the factory in Germany so you have the peace of mind that comes from having a direct connection with the factory, should it ever be needed.
