About our needs:
We came across Ecowarm Heating’s German Clay Heaters when looking for modern radiators that use a more effective electric heating system. Bristol has a lot of heating solutions on offer, but in Ecowarm Heating we found a dedicated local company that provide exactly what we wanted; a modern system that uses a familiar storage style of heating.
We realised we needed such a system after discovering that our recently re-modelled grade 2 listed building office space had insufficient or no suitable heating or availability for gas fired heating.
Choosing German style heating:
We liked the concept of utilising the clay based technology within the heaters, which allowed us to have a greater understanding of how best to heat an open plan working environment.
Running costs were of course important to us but the main importance was ensuring we could heat the open plan space effectively via an easy to use electric heating system. Bristol based offices like ours often have a unique re-design that complements the tone of a building; therefore we required heaters that support the look of the existing décor. This is where the option to specify a RAL colour was very appealing, and the heat app allows us to take full control of heating zones and track efficiency while planning ahead before working hours begin.
Service:
It wasn’t long before Ecowarm Heating came to visit our office for a free survey assessment where they judged exactly what was required and how best to install the electric radiators. Buildings come in a variety of different designs and ages, so it makes sense to undertake a survey in order to ensure that the most effective electric heating system is installed. We were able to see a sample of the heaters during the initial visit and also hear about the maths behind where they would be most efficiently located.We think the newly installed heaters greatly complement the aesthetics of our building, and there is an undeniably excellent technology at work in such a modern electric heating system. Bristol can get very cold during the winter so we are looking forward to keeping our building warm in the months ahead
