If you find a cheaper German electric storage radiator available to order from a retailer from which you are seeking to purchase your German electric storage radiator then bring us a copy of the valid quotation and subject to the details below we will match it.
The competitor quote must include VAT and comparison will only be made against the selling price of the goods, ‘Free gifts’ and ‘Give aways’ are excluded.
The equivalent German electric storage radiator must, in Ecowarm Heating’s reasonable opinion, have the same specification, style and quality. The decision of Ecowarm Heating as to what is an equivalent product is final and not negotiable.
If you want to make a claim before you’ve bought the German electric storage radiators from Ecowarm Heating, we’ll ask you for the details of the other price you’ve found.
If you’ve already bought German electric storage radiators from us and then found them cheaper elsewhere within 14 days of your purchase, we can action a Price Match Promise subject to the details below.
In both cases, we’ll ask to see proof of the other price you’ve found or your receipt if you’ve already bought them. The decision to make a Price Match Promise is completely down to Ecowarm Heating and our decision is final (whether you have proof or not).

The competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers).
The competitor must offer a complete turnkey service to include on site survey and installation.
We will not match against clearance, closing down sales or a specialist retailer such as market stalls.
The competitor’s item must be identical (colour, size etc).
