We were always determined to use the best material for heating your home as we know how important it is to keep your family warm and comfortable, especially during those cold winter nights. So we sourced a German radiator that used a material that was perfect for doing just that. Our German electric radiators are constructed with a Chamotte clay core, which heats up to full operating temperature within 5 minutes. Our clay storage heaters allow you to heat your home faster than Economy 7 systems and retain heat for longer than similar slimline storage heaters that we are aware of.
Heat Up As and When Required
The actual power input of our clay storage heaters is regulated by the radiator thermostat, which means the clay core will heat up as required, depending on the thermostat setting and the outside temperature. As a result, you will have complete control over each room’s temperature and you can choose to set different rooms at different temperatures and for different periods of time.

We believe that the use of chamotte in our clay storage heaters is the best material we could’ve chosen because of its benefits. It’s not a cheap material to use but then we believe that good things don’t come cheap. Here at Ecowarm we don’t try and cut costs by using poor quality materials just to save us money because that will not benefit you in the long term. We understand that in our damp British climate, poorer quality ceramics suck moisture out of the air when they are switched off for some time, especially during summer months. When they come on in the autumn the water ingress can cause the radiator to short circuit the house electrics and can create rusting in the inner casement.

Alternatively, you can control your heating via your home’s wifi, as our ceramic storage heaters are wireless ready. Therefore installation and the set up of Warm App Wireless Control couldn’t be simpler.
All you need to get started with Warm App is a smartphone or a tablet, and you can access your home’s heating from anywhere, at any time. Warm App also allows you to group radiators together into zones and you can control exactly when they switch on or off as well as controlling the room temperature.
Warm App also allows you to review how much energy each radiator is using so that you are able to maximise the efficiency of your heating and identify where you can make savings in the future.
But don’t worry if you don’t own a tablet or wifi, there’s other ways of taking control of your heating. You can have our digital thermostat and programming system that is capable of maintaining a room temperature setting within +/- 0.2 deg C.
